3月10至11日，香港科技大学工商管理学院（科大商学院）工商管理硕士生(MBA)成功汇聚12支来自全球顶尖商学院精英队伍，角逐第二届科大商学院全球MBA挑战赛。蓝海资本本着促进国际化交流的宗旨，连续两年赞助该活动，旨在为全球各地商学院学生提供一个砥砺切磋的平台。 科大MBA挑战赛吸引全球各地的优秀队伍荟萃在香港，缔造了一场具国际水平的案例比赛。挑战赛分多个回合进行，包括精简案例报告环节、策略报告环节及谈判环节，12支参赛队伍陆续为案例公司面对的策略问题建议可行方案。 清华大学团队凭借出色及稳定的发挥，最终在赛事中夺冠。 科大商学院副院长（工商管理及理学硕士课程）及工商管理硕士课程主任霍格信先生表示：「科大商学院全球MBA挑战赛能再次成功举行，实有赖我们合作伙伴的全力支持和赞助，增加我们学生与不同文化和背景的同学交流。此外，比赛筹委会能成功争取到企业、同学、教职员等多方支持，令比赛再度取得圆满成果，我对他们的表现深感自豪。
MBA students at the School of Business and Management of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST Business School) brought together 12 teams from top business schools around the world to compete in the second Global MBA Challenge on 10 and 11 March. Blue Ocean Capital Group (BOCG) has sponsored the Challenge for 2 consecutive years, revealing a strong hope to launch a platform for MBA students across the world to compete and learn from each other. The competition attracted talented students from around the globe and brought about a well-reputed international case competition. It challenged students to go head-to-head in three different rounds, including a short flash case, a strategy case and a negotiation competition. The 12 competing teams were given the opportunity to present viable solutions for strategic issues faced by the case companies. Tsinghua University took home the championship for their consistent and impressive performance through all three rounds of the competition. “Thank for the generous support and sponsorship from our partners, the Global MBA Challenge was a huge success, which has provided an excellent opportunity for our students to engage in cross-cultural exchange,” said Mr Sean Ferguson, Associate Dean (Master’s Programs) and Director of MBA Programs. “I am also very proud of the Organizing Committee for their great effort in mobilizing corporate partners, students and faculty to make this event succeed year after year”.
