杨锋先生是蓝海资本创始合伙人兼CEO, 拥有超过18年的大中华区风险投资、私募股权投资和资本市场从业经验,领导投资的金额超过百亿元人民币;专注于医疗健康、TMT和金融服务领域。

杨锋先生领导投资的蓝海1号并购基金专注于医疗行业的投资并购,规模超过2.5亿美元;参与对中国脐带血库集团的跨境投资,为投资者创造了出色的业绩和投资回报,先后荣获投中集团评选的2015年度“中国最佳私募股权投资新锐投资家Top10”和“中国最佳私募股权投资案例TOP 10”,中国并购公会评选的2017年“最佳并购融资奖”等殊荣。

在创立蓝海资本之前,杨先生曾担任建银国际董事总经理,领导美元和人民币基金投资,在医疗和TMT等多个行业的投资超过50亿元人民币;此前杨先生在欧洲领先的金融机构PPF集团担任中国战略投资负责人和董事总经理,参与投资和创建中国最成功的消费金融公司捷信中国;在此前,杨先生在湘财证券从事风险投资,担任副总裁和投资决策委员,作为创始成员于2001年募集2亿元人民币成立了国内最早之一的人民币风险投资基金,并帮助基金实现了超过6倍回报。

杨锋先生亦担任香港中国金融协会理事、香港创业及私募投资协会理事、中国并购公会理事和香港科技大学商学院顾问委员等职务。

杨锋先生目前是香港中文大学博士生,拥有香港科技大学商学院MBA学位,上海财经大学金融学硕士学位和中南财经政法大学学士学位,曾先后于德国莱比锡商学院和美国哥伦比亚大学商学院学习深造。

Frank F. Yang
Founding Partner & CEO

Mr. Yang is the founding partner and CEO of Blue Ocean Capital. He has over 18 years’ experience in venture capital, private equity and capital markets in Greater China and has led investments of over RMB 10 billion. He focuses on healthcare, TMT and financial services

Mr. Yang led the investment of Blue Ocean No. 1 Merger Fund, which focused on mergers and acquisitions investment in medical industry, and had a scale of more than 250 million US dollars. The fund participated in cross-border investment of China Cord Blood Cooperation and geneated outstanding performance and generous return on investment. BOCG and Mr. Yang have won several awards including the “Top 10 Emerging PE Investors in China in 2015”and the “Top 10 PE Investment Cases in China in 2015” (China Cord Blood Corporation) from Chinaventure and the “Best M&A Financing Award in 2017” from China M&A Association.

Before Mr. Yang founded Blue Ocean Capital, he served as Managing Director of CCBI and led investments of USD and RMB funds. He invested over RMB 5 billion in healthcare, TMT and many other industries. Prior to that, Mr. Yang was the head of strategic investment in China and Managing Director of PPF Group, a leading financial institution in Europe. He participated in the investment and establishment of Home Credit China, the most successful consumer finance company in China. Prior to that, Mr. Yang engaged in venture capital and served as Vice President and on the Investment Committee in Xiangcai Securities. As a founding member, he set up one of the earliest RMB venture capital funds in China, raised RMB 200 million in 2001 and achieved more than 6 times return.

Mr. Yang also serves as an executive member of Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong, PRC Committee of HKVCA, a member of CMAA and an advisory board member of the HKUST MBA program.

Mr. Yang is currently a doctoral student at CUHK. He holds an M.B.A degree from HKUST Business School, a master's degree in finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and a bachelor's degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He studied successively at HHL Business School in Leipzig, Germany and the Business School of Columbia University in the United States.
