Dr. Min Zhuo
Chief Scientific Advisor for Neuroscience
Dr. Min Zhuo joined the advisory board of BOCG in March 2023. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and a tenured professor in the Department of Physiology at the University of Toronto. He is also the inaugural and sole specially appointed professor in the field of neuroscience for the EJLB Foundation and the National Research Council of Canada, as well as a Canada Research Chair Tier I Chair, a member of Pfizer's Pain Biology Scientific Advisory Committee, a Changjiang Distinguished Professor at Fudan University, a Leading Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the Director of the Center for Neurology and Brain Diseases and Chief Scientific Officer of Eternal Pharma. Dr. Zhuo Min holds a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa and has conducted postdoctoral research at Columbia University and Stanford University in the United States.

Dr. Zhuo Min is the founding editor-in-chief of Molecular Pain, the first online international pain research journal, and Molecular Brain. He edited the first English textbook on molecular pain jointly published by the National Higher Education Press and Springer. He has published over 300 research papers in top international journals such as Nature, Science, and Neuron, and has been ranked among the top three neuroscientists in China for multiple years in the Highly Cited Scholars List published by Elsevier.
